About Ballygall
Ballygall Playgroup is located in Ballygall Community Centre. It is run by three experienced and highly qualified early childhood educators and two Aim Support Workers . The playgroup caters for twenty two children annually. Ballygall participates in the ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) Scheme and also participates in the NCS (National Childcare Scheme) which helps parents to meet childcare costs.
Children must be two years and eight months of age before 1st September of the year they start in the playgroup.

What we do We provide a play based emergent curriculum, using Aistear the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework. Each child's needs are individual and unique and are met on an on-going basis through careful observation and the provision of a range of materials, activities and experiences.
We have an open door policy, welcoming all parents/guardians into our playgroup anytime of the day. We are committed to providing for the best interests of every child in our care through respecting their rights, needs, culture and differences in all of our work. We will work in partnership with parents, families and relevant agencies to foster and promote the well-being and development of children in our community.
