About Ballygall
Ballygall playgroup is located in Ballygall Community Centre. Ballygall is run by four experienced and highly qualified childcare workers. Ballygall caters for twenty two children annually. Ballygall participates in the ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) Scheme. Children must be three years of age before 1st September of the year they start in the playgroup.

What we do We provide a play based emergent curriculum, using Aistear the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework. Each child's needs are individual and unique and are met on an on-going basis through careful observation and the provision of a range of materials, activities and experiences.
We have an open door policy, we welcome all Parents/Guardians into our playgroup anytime of the day. We are committed to providing for the best interests of every child in our care through respecting their rights, needs, culture and differences in all our work. Mission StatementWe will create an environment that values all children and their families, irrespective of their culture, religion, gender and ability.
We will work in partnership with parents, families and relevant agencies to foster and promote the well-being and development of children in our community. With our warm, friendly and understanding nature, we will communicate with colleagues, parents and above all, the children, in support of their holistic development. We will nurture children's sense of themselves and their place in the world through their relationships with us and others. |
